Under general supervision, perform preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems equipment and grounds by performing the following duties.
All candidates conditionally offered transfer, promotion, or initial hiring into a DOT/safety-sensitive position shall submit to testing for drugs and alcohol and test negative before performing any job functions that are safety-sensitive or requires a CDL. Ability to utilize simple hand tools, to assemble, install and repair window and doors; to estimate cost of jobs; to read plans, sketches and manufacturer's specifications; to deal with crew and closely work with other crews in joint and coordinated efforts; to maintain records in a timely manner; and to deal tactfully and courteously with others.
Computer Skills:
To successfully perform the duties of this job an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

This position has no supervisor responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid Oklahoma Driver's License possessed for at least 6 months.
Defensive driving with Tulsa County within 6 months of hired.
