Based at our manufacturing facility in Barnstaple, Devon, our Engineering Industrial Placement Programme not only increases your technical skills but gives you the opportunity to work on meaningful real-life projects, alongside experienced engineers across our business.
Commencing on the 6th July 2026, for 8 weeks, this programme is remunerated at £24,784.50 per annum, pro-rata.
You'll receive coaching and support to achieve your personal goals and work in multidisciplinary teams to gain as much experience across the product lifecycle from your time in industry as possible. Our ultimate aim is to see you through your undergraduate years and with the potential for further placements and Graduate opportunities post study.

This is an exciting opportunity for students currently studying (or who have completed their studies) in the field of engineering.
To ensure full integration with your team and to maximise your learning experience, all our Placement roles are full-time, site-based.
A full statement of courses and projects studied at university should be included in your application. Please also include a personal statement of no more than 300 words stating what excites you about the engineering and manufacturing sector. Nationality and security restrictions:
Please be aware that many roles at TT Electronics are subject to both security and export control restrictions which means that limitations relating to nationality may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates must achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). TT Electronics is unable to sponsor work visas for this role.
