Role Overview And Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Microelectronics value stream, you'll become the trusted link between our customers and our cutting-edge operations.

You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless order management, clear communication, and consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, all within a highly regulated, high-precision environment.

Key responsibilities:

As the primary point of contact, communicating with customers via email, phone, or customer portals, you'll:

• Process customer quotation requests, proactively manage expectations, and follow up and capture feedback.
• Process and manage orders.
• Track production progress and proactively keep customers informed.
• Support the provision of documentation such as Certificates of Conformance (CoC), test reports, and compliance statements.
• Support with issue resolutions, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
