Job Description

Job Title DevOps Engineer Overview We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with some QA automation experience to support our AI Chatbot platform built on OpenAI Rasa and Python microservices. The role ensures stable deployments, robust automation, reliable environments, and consistent quality across all releases. You will work closely with AI Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams to build end to end CI CD pipelines, automate testing, improve release processes, and maintain production reliability. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI CD pipelines Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools Terraform Ansible CloudFormation Support deployment and maintenance of chatbot Python microservices and OpenAI based components Manage containerization workflows using Docker and Kubernetes Implement monitoring logging and alerting Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of the chatbot ecosystem Implement testing stages within CI CD pipelines unit functional regression smoke tests Establish quality gates to prevent unstable releases Identify issues proactively using logs, monitoring dashboards, and automated alerts Participate in root cause analysis production incident reviews and reliability improvements Contribute to documentation for infrastructure pipelines and test automation Required Skills Qualifications Hands on experience with CI CD pipeline creation and maintenance Strong knowledge of Docker Kubernetes container orchestration Cloud experience AWS GCP Azure Infrastructure as Code Terraform Ansible Monitoring alerting setup experience Strong debugging and issue investigation skills Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams Good to Have Optional Exposure to Rasa LLM based systems NLP pipelines Experience building automated tests using Python Pytest Selenium or API testing frameworks
