Qualifications:

• Knowledge of CNC Punch machines (preferably TRUMPF) or willingness to learn
• Experience in reading and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, control technology, and pneumatic system diagrams
• Basic knowledge of PLC and automation systems
• English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation
• Possession of an active Class B driver's license and no travel restrictions
• Strong communication skills, capable of managing customer relations
• Team player, but also able to work independently in the field

Job Description:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC Punch machines
• Provide technical support at customer sites
• Travel domestically and internationally when necessary to deliver service
• Prepare service reports and maintain technical documentation accurately
• Provide technical support for customer training sessions
