First point of contact for our users regarding IT questions and disruptions
Processing of incidents and service requests in 1st level support including quick problem solving or forwarding to the 2nd/3rd level support
Close cooperation and coordination with the international IT teams
Maintenance of the knowledge database and participation in the optimization of our IT services
Support in projects and care of the IT service point on site
Cooperation with external service providers and training of employees in new processes and applications
Completed education or several years of experience in the IT support/service desk area is advantageous
Technical understanding and experience in IT support as well as familiarity with ticketing systems
Very good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory etc.)
ITIL 4 Foundation certification is desirable
Good German and English skills in speech and writing
Analytical thinking and the ability to solve technical problems quickly and efficiently
High customer orientation, communication skills, team capability, independent working and a solution-oriented way of thinking

The gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement of the metal technical industry is at least €3,329.62 (on a full-time basis) for this position if all requirements are met. Depending on education and experience, a significant overpayment is possible.
