Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for meeting customer requirements, recognizing new requirements;
• Ensuring communication with customers (semiconductor industry);
• Ensuring customer requirements are met within new projects (PQP, FAI), providing quality support for the qualification of new projects;
• Role as contact partner in the management of qualified projects: overseeing quality level, communication within conducted analyses and 8D reports, preparing data for regular quality reviews;
• Preparing documentation for regular client meetings;
• Supervising corrective actions implemented in the organization based on customer requirements (e.g. follow-up client audit);
• Managing customer interface (client's communication platform systems, within qualification maintenance requirements as well as identifying and implementing new requirements);
• Communicating changes in the organization or products within required systems on the client's IT platform.

Our Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of English;
• Higher education (quality management, production engineering or related fields);
• Activity, independence and orientation towards achieving ambitious goals, effectiveness in action;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs including Excel.
