Wholesale Credit Delivery - Corporate & Leveraged Finance Analyst Program

The Wholesale Credit Delivery - Corporate & Leveraged Finance - Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction that consists of an introduction to capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems and financial modeling training designed to give analysts all the tools they will need to be successful. After the classroom training, Analysts join a business group and play a meaningful role in supporting senior investment banking professionals.

Wholesale Credit Delivery (WCD) underwrites and manages the debt capital Truist Securities commits to its corporate client base. WCD teammates work together with Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists, and Risk Managers to deliver capital and strategic ideas to the Truist client base. Post close of a debt funded transaction, Wholesale Credit Delivery teams lead the credit relationship with their clients and actively manage and monitor the credit profile and exposure levels across their portfolios.

WCD Analysts' career paths begin with a structured training program that includes accounting, modeling, corporate finance, underwriting and financial analysis training followed by placement within one of Truist Securities' Industry Groups. Through exposure to a wide variety of corporate lending transactions, Analysts will enhance their financial and industry analysis skills, build expertise in corporate finance and underwriting, and develop a comprehensive understanding of their portfolio of clients.

The program will introduce Wholesale Credit Delivery Analysts to Truist, corporate finance and specifically, debt analysis. WCD analysts work with a Wholesale Credit Delivery - Corporate & Leveraged Finance team, who focus on the debt profiles of Truist clients and support Corporate and Investment Bankers, Product Specialists and Risk Managers to deliver strategic solutions to Truist's clients. The Wholesale Credit Delivery - Corporate & Leveraged Finance team analyzes companies' financial operating performance, evaluates industry trends, and identifies key risks and mitigants of a client's credit profile against our lending parameters. WCD analysts will work on cash flow analyses and underwriting credits to sharpen financial analysis skills.
