The Data Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining the data governance framework within the People and Places organization.
Define and enforce data quality standards across the People and Places data ecosystem.
Create and execute test cases using SQL to validate data transformations and ensure data consistency.
Identify and address root causes of data issues.
Support initiatives in data governance, security, and compliance as part of the broader data strategy.
Strong SQL skills and deep knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, particularly BigQuery.
Proven experience with data quality management tools and practices.
Functional knowledge of HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
