Service Software Engineer

As a Service Software Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and future-proofing of systems within infrastructure, water authorities, and energy transitions. You will have a versatile and challenging role, with the following responsibilities:

1. Service and Maintenance: Performing service and maintenance activities based on existing SLA contracts.
2. Outage Service: Participating in the outage service and acting as the first point of contact during emergencies.
3. Innovative Projects: Working on multidisciplinary projects where automation is central.
4. Software Development: Independently programming software projects that are aligned with customer needs.
5. Overtime and Undertime: Signaling, registering, and executing overtime and undertime.
6. Reconfiguring and Commissioning: Responsible for reconfiguring and commissioning control installations.
7. Hybrid Working: Possibility to work flexibly, both on-site and from home.

You will work closely with colleagues and customers to determine the right approach and ensure that maintenance activities run smoothly and outages are resolved quickly.
