Amazon Account Manager

Mission of the role: This role supports the Amazon Lead and team to keep our Amazon account healthy, compliant, in-stock, and review-positive, while running basic PPC checks and reporting to support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Health & Compliance: Monitor Account Health daily; maintain case/compliance logs; resolve suppressions/stranded listings; file/track appeals to closure.
• Reviews & Customer Feedback: Manage review requests (policy-compliant), remove eligible negatives, reply to Q&A/feedback, and run simple initiatives to lift star ratings.
• Inventory Management & Transparency: Track velocity and plan replenishment; create/track FBA shipments; reconcile shortages; manage Transparency codes/activations/claims.
• Reporting (daily/weekly): Keep sales/ads/stock/buy box/alerts dashboards accurate and on time; surface insights, not just numbers.
• PPC Checks: Execute daily/weekly PPC checks (budgets, anomalies, negative lists, placements/rules); flag issues and suggested actions to the ads owner.
• Catalog Hygiene: Maintain variations/attributes, A+ status, images; handle flat-file basics; keep listings clean and active.
• Promotions Execution: Set up coupons/vouchers/S&S maintain a promo tracker; report pre/post results.
• Coordination & Process: Coordinate simple listing updates with creative/copy; keep checklists current; support ops tasks if/when we expand to Walmart/TikTok.

Key Skills / Experience:

• 1–2+ years in Amazon/ecommerce operations preferred.
• Google Sheets power user; comfortable turning data into actions.
• Experience with Helium 10, Scale Insights, DataDive (or similar tools)
• Clear written English (support tickets, brief updates, customer responses)
• Proactive and self-starting: takes initiative, closes loops, and proposes improvements.
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Analytical mindset: prioritises impact, not activity.

This is a 100% remote role where the potential hire must be equipped with the following to carry out this role effectively: - Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed - At least 2 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen) - Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling) - Webcam - Designated Workstation - Stable and strong power and internet connectivity - Noise-free and conducive environment
