Senior HR Business Partner

We're looking for a strategic, business-minded HR leader to join our growing HR team as a Senior HR Business Partner. This role is your opportunity to work directly with senior leaders, influence decisions, and help shape a thriving, inclusive culture in a fast-growing organization.

As an embedded partner to assigned business units, you'll combine deep HR expertise with strong business acumen to deliver people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth. You'll work hand-in-hand with leaders and other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Benefits, and HRIS) — while directly leading employee relations and partnering on compensation — to bring high-impact programs to life.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Provide coaching on leadership, performance, and team dynamics.
  • Lead employee relations strategy and case management, including investigations, performance improvement plans, and policy interpretation.
  • Partner on compensation strategy, salary recommendations, job evaluations, and internal equity reviews.
  • Leverage people data to inform and influence business decisions.
  • Lead the implementation of HR programs and change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure seamless HR solutions.
  • Champion inclusion, values, and a healthy workplace culture.
  • Support cultural and operational integration for acquisitions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • 3+ years of experience influencing and coaching leaders at all levels.
  • 5+ years of employee relations, including complex case management.
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation practices and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into action.
  • Skilled in interpreting and using people data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in change management and navigating complex environments.
