- The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and converting business opportunities.
- This role involves supporting new business through sales demos, contributing to marketing strategies, and generating sales proposals.
- The candidate will research and find prospects using online platforms and in-person events, including cold calling and emailing.
- Achieving agreed revenue targets for each quarter based on volume, revenue, and margin is a key responsibility.
- The role includes developing customer relationships and managing expectations throughout the onboarding and go-live phases.
- Weekly reporting to the Senior Leadership Team detailing leads, demos, and closed opportunities is required.

- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Account Executive, Business Development, or Sales Management role.
- A background in Fitness or SaaS sales is highly advantageous for this position.
- Successful candidates will have experience in contract negotiation and account development.
