We at Truecaller for Business focus on providing value to large enterprise businesses by enhancing their customer communication and helping them manage fraud and risk. This is an exciting role for anyone looking to be part of a world-class product marketing charter for our new solutions, which will pave the way for our overall positioning, discovery, authority, and ultimately, demand. The role involves working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and teams.

What you bring in:

• 6+ years of relevant experience
• Who can communicate effectively and clearly to internal and external audiences
• Who has a business and a technical background that allows you to articulate product value in different ways to different audiences
• Experience supporting the launch and adoption of software products (B2B Fintech SaaS/ Business Messaging background is an added plus)
• Adept at working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Data-driven and creative

The impact you will create:

• Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates us from competitors.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches, including pricing, promotional strategies, and sales enablement tools.
• Partnership & Leadership: Ability to lead and conduct workshops along with Product and GTM teams for the customer/prospect ecosystem. Along with program managing partnerships with industry bodies, customer boards, and the wider community.
• Content Development: Be the voice of the product and collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality marketing materials, including videos, product brochures, case studies, webinars, and blog posts.
• Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate product benefits and drive sales.
• Collaboration: Partner with Leadership, GTM teams, and Product Management in developing the definition, messaging, and positioning of solutions.
• Project Management and Organizational Skills: Adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines, with a proactive approach to addressing multiple timelines.

It would be great if you also have: Competent with the usage of tools like Trello, Miro, Airtable etc

This position is based in Bangalore, India. We only accept applications in English.
