- They possess a pragmatic and empathetic approach, understanding the impact of performance issues on users and process changes on engineers.
- Familiarity with "Infrastructure as Code" principles, particularly with Terraform, is essential for this role.
- The candidate should have a history of shipping production code and designing distributed systems that operate at scale.
