- Responsible for supporting and owning day-to-day optimizations and operations of user acquisition through various paid channels
- Analyzing performance of multiple channels to shape a story and make data-backed recommendations
- Collaborating with creative teams to execute channel strategies aligned with acquisition goals
- Participating in a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration within the marketing team
- Working on diversifying marketing mix and supporting new channels as the company grows
âš¡ Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in building ads and running campaigns across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication skills across various channels and with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools such as Looker is a plus
- Ability to take initiative, voice opinions, and provide and receive feedback
- Resilient and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
