- Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on App Store Optimization (ASO) improvement while maintaining a consistent testing cadence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct landing page experiments to improve paid advertising campaigns and enhance website conversion rates
- Analyze data to create dashboards and utilize insights to execute impactful tests that advance the overall marketing strategy
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to devise and execute tests that significantly advance the overall strategy

- Experienced digital mobile marketer with 3-5 years of experience in media buying and scaling app store presence, preferably in the Fintech space
- Proficient in A/B testing tools like Storemaven, Google Experiments, and keyword research tools like SensorTower, AppAnnie, and AppTweak
- Skilled in creating strong creative briefs for internal and external creative teams
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and make actionable recommendations
- Background in working with Mobile Measurement Partners and data visualization tools like Singular and Looker would be beneficial for success in this role
