What You'll Do

• Visit client homes to evaluate projects and needed repairs
• Create detailed estimates for labor, materials, and time required
• Communicate clearly with customers and answer questions on-site
• Work with the office team to schedule approved jobs
• Use company software to record visits and generate estimates
• Represent TruBlue with professionalism and reliability

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in home repair, construction, or maintenance preferred
• Understanding of trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, etc.)
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using a tablet or phone app for estimates)
• Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
