Why GSET & GSM

Global Sales Experience Technology (GSET) is evolving our strategic, business-facing product function that sits within Global Sales Management (GSM) to an outcomes-based AI-first, mobile-first capability for our distribution organization. This role offers the chance to work on globally relevant sales workflows, improve seller productivity and effectiveness, and help introduce AI into practical commercial use cases in a complex, regulated environment.

You'll join at a point where the operating model, technology landscape, and expectations of product ownership are all evolving with the power of AI. You will own and evolve seller workflows that blend business process, platform capability, data, and AI into practical, measurable outcomes in partnership with business leaders, process partners, and technology innovation personnel across the firm and globe.

We are looking for someone who can think broadly about workflow, adoption, automation, user experience, and measurable business value and work collaboratively with peers and partners to drive results.

What You'll Do

  • Own and prioritise a defined product backlog within GSET.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Sales Operations, peers in Sales Enablement, and technology teams to solve real commercial problems.
  • Turn business needs into clear product decisions, roadmap priorities, and deliverable increments.
  • Improve seller productivity and effectiveness through better workflow, automation, and user experience.
  • Help shape AI-enabled capabilities such as summaries, recommendations, workflow support, and emerging agent-oriented experiences.
  • Contribute to platform and capability evaluation where AI tools or agentic platforms can accelerate value delivery.
  • Use AI in your own product management practice to improve analysis, synthesis, prototyping, prioritisation, and communication.
  • Build domain depth through the International Pod, working closely with GSET product owners and technology partners to understand the delivery model.
  • Turn recurring issues and operational pain points into durable product recommendations & improvements.
  • Use feedback, adoption signals, and operating insight to keep improving what we build.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, adoptable, and aligned with governance, data quality, and regulatory requirements.

What Success Looks Like

  • Get up to speed quickly on international seller workflows, priorities, and pain points.
  • Build domain depth and stakeholder credibility by supporting priority International Pod needs, while working closely with GSET product owners and technology partners to understand the delivery model and convert recurring issues into durable product improvements.
  • Establish a transparent, outcome-led backlog and begin improving regional responsiveness and decision velocity.
  • Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled seller workflows by identifying practical use cases, supporting discovery and delivery with product and technology partners, and applying AI tools to improve the speed and quality of product management workflows.
  • Strengthen London-based product ownership within the broader global operating model.

Over time, the role will increasingly focus on broader roadmap ownership, proactive stakeholder engagement, and delivery of scalable improvements across the sales experience landscape.

What You'll Likely Bring

  • 5+ year Product ownership or product management experience in a complex business environment.
  • Proven experience managing backlogs and delivering in Agile teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology.
  • Experience with CRM, workflow, enablement, or related enterprise platforms.
  • Commercial judgement and an outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred, but not essential if you bring relevant adjacent platform experience.
  • An AI-native mindset, with practical interest in AI-enabled products, automation, and intelligent workflow design.
  • Experience shaping, evaluating, or contributing to capabilities such as summaries, recommendations, copilots, or agent-based workflows is beneficial.
  • Exposure to tools or platforms such as Agentforce, AgentCore, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping and emerging builder tools, including platforms such as Replit, AWS Kiro, Lovable, or similar, is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with financial services, asset management, or another regulated environment is preferred, but not required.
