Sales & Marketing Intern

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team. Tasks will involve the assisting with the implementation of Troon Marketing Programs, as well as assisting the Directors of Sales & Marketing with delivering support to Troon's portfolio of daily fee and resort facilities.

Program Details:

• 12-week program focused on the different roles that support our properties with sales & marketing initiatives.
• The intern will complete a group project alongside fellow interns from other departments.
• This role is in person 5 days a week at our office in North Scottsdale.

Essential Duties:

• Working with the sales and marketing team to support clubs and partners with various tasks.
• Advanced knowledge of video recording and editing
• Familiar with editing tools (CapCut, iMovie, Adobe Premier or similar)
• Curating content for Troon's social channels.
• Assisting with the implementation and development of Access, Access Premium/Access Premium+ and other Troon programs.
• Updating essential departmental materials.
• Visiting & networking with Arizona properties to learn more about the field positions from Membership Directors, Communication Managers etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Film, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with video and social media strategies and platforms
• Ability to multi-task, take initiative, and have willingness to learn.
• Experience with content creation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
