Guest Service Attendant
Fieldstone Golf Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Guest Service Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
- Assisting in educating players regarding the game.
- Directing start of play when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
- Serving the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleaning rental clubs upon return.
- Assisting with food and beverage activities.
- Incorporating safe work practices in job performance.
- Performing other duties as required.
Minimum qualifications include:
- One-month related experience or training.
Other qualifications include:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
