General Purpose:
Assists managers with customer service across the club including the Front Desk/Concierge, Dining Outlets, and Pool facility. In the absence of the Club Manager, this position will be responsible for successful opening/closing of the club, restaurant, and pool facilities. To include processing of daily reports, cash handling, and completion of opening/closing checklists.
Essential Duties:
Performs duties in association with and as directed by department managers.
Provides customer service to club members, Front Desk, Concierge, Dining Outlets and Pool Facility.
Assist with Member's reservations, questions, policies, concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
Assists Managers in any working projects.
Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
2 years' experience in private/club operations or equivalent preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Regular and reliable attendance.
