Licenses:

• Show a plumber's license or demonstrate journeyman expertise.
• A valid Driver's License.

Skills:

• A plumber with commercial and residential service plumbing experience.
• 5+ years of a broad spectrum of service plumbing experience and expertise.
• Demonstrate a comfortable communication ability and pleasant public demeanor that resonates with residential customers and commercial employee customers.
• Although not "selling," be capable of offering a good-better-best set of appropriate options for customer choice with guidance from your professional experience.
• Seek positive social media review comments with each visit as well as introduce other services that would be appropriate and beneficial for the customer.
• Bringing your own tools is a plus and we offer a tool purchase program.

Pay:

• $30 - $40 an hour

Full job description:

You will be a member of our commercial and residential service team with a good mix of both types of service. You will be completing simple service calls to more complex residential and commercial services. Triple J Plumbing has built its business on commercial work and has many customers from industrial facilities, care centers, apartments, manufacturing, and other heavy and light plumbing work.

You need to be a plumber that can work independently. You will have the satisfaction of running your own jobs and projects, while being supported with material supply, plumber team support, and more.

Depending upon your experience your compensation will range from a competitive $30 to $40 per hour. We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for licensed plumbers, and potentially for highly experienced unlicensed plumbers. Half of the bonus will be paid upon hire, and the other half will be paid after 6 months.
