TrinityRail, Inc. is searching for a Customer Service Representative. This role will include data entry along with executing and reporting on research and data analysis projects.
What you'll do:
Invoice completed Rail Cars
Update, analyze and audit data in production tracking systems
Create folders for inbound railcars and submit bills of lading for outbound railcars
Obtain customer approvals
Interact with others at all organizational levels
May perform duties of a critical/confidential nature
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma preferred with a minimum of 4 years of related experience
Must be highly proficient with MS Office Professional Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Possesses excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with time management and meeting deadlines
