Saint Alphonsus in Boise, Idaho is looking to find a person who will be a great fit for our Mobile Clinic/Breast Services teams. This position will wear multiple hats, working as a Patient Service Representative and also driving our mobile clinic vehicle.
*Bilingual in Spanish & English is preferred*
In this position, you will work in conjunction with physicians and clinical staff to take care of patients' administrative needs. Primary responsibilities include checking in patients for appointments, collecting patient co-pays, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, and checking insurance eligibility. You will utilize our electronic record system to verify and update patient demographic information as well as posting and balancing of payments collected. Patient Service Representatives are friendly and provide excellent customer service, assuring that patients are informed and well cared for while waiting for their appointment, creating a positive experience for patients.
As the Mobile Clinic PSR, you will be responsible for driving the mobile clinic vehicle from hospital to clinic sites, assisting with clinic set up and take-down, perform basic maintenance tasks with vehicle water and propane, and assist in transporting the mobile clinic vehicle for repairs as needed.
**Driving Required**
This position will be part-time, 20 hours per week working 8 or 10-hour days. The schedule is not set and could include weekdays and/or weekends. As the PSR/Mobile Clinic Driver, you will help to set up and tear down for clinic days in various types of weather to be of service to Saint Alphonsus patients, help with the patient process, data entry, and help with the Mobile Clinic bus needs.
