Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist works with Commercial Operations to drive new growth opportunities by serving as the CRM system administrator, providing research and data analysis on the competitive landscape, managing the technology stack for growth, supporting the lead generation process, and designing and maintaining sales dashboards. Additionally, he/she supports growth initiatives and meetings to include Scaling for Growth, Marketing campaigns, strategic selling integration within CRM and other technologies as requested.

Skills and Experience: 5+ years of IT/Sales/CE experience. Project management and/or CI experience
Education and Qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or management required. MBA degree preferred.
