Technical Customer Support & Training Engineer

Are you looking for a job with a lot of responsibility and growth opportunities? Look no further; for our software products, we are looking for a support engineer to strengthen the customer support department in the Benelux region. Step into this challenging role.

As a Technical Customer Support & Training Engineer at Trimble MEP Benelux, you are there for the customer. The problem the customer is facing is your challenge.

Whether it's about the optimal use of our software or solving problems together with other support engineers, you have the necessary knowledge to help our customers and ensure they can make the most of the software.

The questions you get will mainly be about our software products, Stabicad for Autocad, Stabicad for Revit, and Trimble Connect, and the installation of software in ICT environments. You will combine installation techniques with ICT solutions.

You also give training to small groups of trainees so that our customers can make optimal use of our drawing software.

Your responsibilities:

  • You have daily customer contact and solve substantive software problems together with them;
  • You ensure that the customer can make optimal use of the software;
  • You use the input from the customer questions to test the software for functionality;
  • You provide Stabicad training.

What skills and experience do you bring?

  • Enthusiasm
  • Communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • You have a completed technical education; (Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (installation technology))
  • You have basic knowledge of ICT and an interest in technology
  • You like to think in a problem-solving way

Do you have knowledge of Revit and Autocad? Then you have an advantage with us. If you don't have this knowledge, we will ensure that you will gain this knowledge through training. Because you like to continuously develop, quality is very important to you. By combining empathy and technical background, you ensure that our target group, installers, can always work better with our software.

About Your Location

This is a hybrid role in our office in Bodegraven. We expect you to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
