The TechOps Engineer plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and deployment of application solutions on hosted and on-prem customer servers. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams. The TechOps Engineer provides technical expertise, troubleshooting assistance, and user support during the deployment process.
