Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize robust features across the full application stack, from database and web APIs to the front-end experience.
• Actively leverage AI-powered development tools like GitHub Copilot and Amazon CodeWhisperer to accelerate development and enhance code quality.
• Champion modern practices by sharing AI-assisted insights and techniques that elevate the entire team's productivity and skillset.
• Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and performance tuning.
• Research and integrate the latest software engineering best practices with a focus on adopting new AI tools and methodologies.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping enterprise-level software applications.
• Proven experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or Amazon CodeWhisperer in your daily workflow.
• Deep proficiency in object-oriented programming with essential experience in.NET/C#.
• Strong background in modern front-end JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
• Solid experience with relational databases, SQL, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Bonus Points For:

• Professional or personal experience developing software specifically for the construction industry.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with white-box testing methodologies and a commitment to high-quality software.
• Proven success mentoring junior developers or championing new development practices within a team.
