You'll be the troubleshooter and problem-solver for our optical total stations and controllers. In our electrostatic protected area (EPA), you'll perform repairs, maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics—making sure our high-tech equipment is always in top condition.

Repair & Maintenance: Analyze issues, find root causes, and restore equipment to perfect working order;

Documentation: Record your work, solutions, and insights so the team can learn and improve;

Customer Support: Explain solutions clearly, stay calm under pressure, and ensure customer satisfaction;

Problem-Solving: Think on your feet, act fast, and find creative solutions for complex challenges.

Without you, construction sites stall, surveys stop, and projects fall behind. You're the key to keeping everything moving!

Completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or similar;

Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair—ideally in surveying technology;

Strong communication, a service mindset, and the ability to stay cool in stressful situations;

You work structured and self-reliant, but know when to ask for help;

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Good understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.
