Sales Executive (Nordics)

Transform the logistics landscape as our next Sales Executive (Nordics)! Are you a driven sales professional ready to champion disruptive SaaS technologies? Join Trimble's Transporeon team to lead the digital transformation of the Nordic freight ecosystem, where your hunting mentality and ability to build trust across complex organizations will directly impact how the world moves goods more sustainably and efficiently.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of the autonomous logistics revolution, balancing a high-energy hunting strategy to secure new accounts with a sophisticated farming approach to grow existing relationships. You will have the unique opportunity to represent the world's largest transportation management network, influencing how major shippers and carriers across Scandinavia automate and optimize their entire supply chain execution.

Key exciting responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the expansion of our Nordic footprint by identifying and closing high-impact new business opportunities through a dedicated hunting approach.
  • Consulting with diverse stakeholders to develop and execute strategic "attack plans" that solve complex logistics challenges using our cutting-edge cloud platform.
  • Driving the full sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and face-to-face customer engagements to delivering professional proposals and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Collaborating across functional and technical levels to challenge traditional workflows and build long-term, trust-based partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Mastering your sales pipeline and activity reporting within Salesforce to consistently meet and exceed annual growth targets.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS solutions, preferably within the logistics, software, or supply chain industry.
  • Native fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) with advanced professional English capabilities.
  • A hunter's mindset with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas in complex solution environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence both operational managers and C-suite executives.
