Essential Skills & Experience

• You bring 3+ years of dedicated experience in a Professional Services Consulting or implementation role, preferably serving the construction industry.
• You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• You are a natural communicator with a proven talent for relationship-building, training, and navigating complex client negotiations.
• You have a track record of proactive problem-solving, risk mitigation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Bonus Points For:

• Background or prior experience in construction operations and estimating.
• Familiarity with heavy civil construction software ecosystems.
• Background in construction accounting or project controls.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range $91,100.00–$125,200.00
