Ready to make a tangible impact on global industries using cutting-edge logistics technology? Trimble is looking for a passionate problem-solver like you to join our Revenue Operations team, where you will bridge the gap between sales and finance to ensure our smarter, more connected supply chain solutions reach the customers who need them most.

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.

In this role, you will be the primary engine behind our sales velocity, directly influencing the speed and accuracy with which we empower our clients to improve fleet safety and sustainability. You will have the unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with legal, finance, and sales teams, gaining high-level visibility into the entire revenue lifecycle of a global technology leader.

Key exciting responsibilities include:

  • Optimize CRM integrity by taking ownership of customer data and opportunity audits, ensuring our digital foundation remains the "single source of truth" for strategic decision-making.
  • Streamline operational workflows by mastering the Professional Services queue and Rev Ops Help Desk to provide high-quality, rapid-response service to internal stakeholders.
  • Champion compliance by maintaining meticulous audit checklists and coordinating contract redlining.

Essential skills and experience include:

  • Systems expert: You possess a high proficiency with CRM platforms and order management systems.
  • Detail-oriented auditor: You have a natural talent for spotting discrepancies and a problem-solving mindset for data auditing and reporting.
  • Collaborative communicator: You excel at building bridges between diverse teams like Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Priority pilot: You can seamlessly navigate multiple high-priority tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points for:

  • Previous experience specifically within the Transportation or Logistics technology sector.
  • Advanced technical skills in CRM customization or advanced data reporting tools.
