Field Sales Representative - Construction Technology

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic SAAS Field Sales Representative in need of a new challenge? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Saudi based AECO Sales team as one of our SAAS Field Sales Representatives. In this role, you will work with and build upon our existing client base and upsell/cross-sell other AECO products alongside increasing revenue by generating new business in our Eastern Saudi markets. Focusing on our Tekla structural software initially, you will leverage relationships with our existing accounts whilst also proactively developing new business opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you must be a confident and solution-focused seller who has experience in the SAAS market whilst experience in ConTech would be beneficial. There will be roughly 50% travel in this role, as for long-term growth, building in-person relationships and showcasing what our products can do is key.

What You Will Do:

  1. Effectively manage a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets and forecasts
  2. Prepare clear, concise, and professional proposals to existing customers while also doing your own prospection to acquire new logos
  3. Respond to RFI's (Request for Information) and RFP's (Request for Proposal)
  4. Provide regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
  5. Represent Trimble at relevant trade shows
  6. Acquire new logos and expand the existing customers' solution/s utilization

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Direct sales experience in software, cloud or SAAS markets selling Software solutions to customers
  • Ideally, in the EPC and AEC industries in the Saudi market.
  • Experience driving new business within net new and existing customers
  • A strong understanding of the Middle East market, built through on-the-ground experience and cultivated relationships with diverse stakeholders across the industry
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota
  • Exemplary presentation and communication across all levels of an organization
  • Ability and confidence to interact positively and productively with decision-makers at all levels
  • Advanced selling capability that showcases your commitment to strategy, customer relations, negotiation, and ability to close
  • A proficient level of English, Arabic would be an advantage
  • Technical ability to be proficient with Salesforce
