Channel Sales Manager (Civil / Survey)

What You Will Do

This role will directly interface with the Asia Regional Channel Director and local manager in the implementation of dealer development activities to increase sales of Trimble products and services. The successful applicant will work with Trimble's distributor management, salespeople and Technical Sales Support teams providing product training, manufacturer assistance with job site demonstrations/evaluations and professional working practices on installing, commissioning and training of Trimble's Construction portfolio.

The successful candidate will also provide input on competitive products, activities and evaluate marketplace potential for all served markets and customer segments. Hunter and business development skillset in order to expand ambitious market penetration objectives.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Degree and above in Civil engineering, surveying and/or Digital/BIM Constructions.
  • Proven experience in civil, construction, surveying and/or machine control or other relevant industries is essential
  • Develop the strategy and workflow process with our partners, helping them to execute these plans resulting in an increase of the overall growth of partners contribution to the revenue
  • Develop channel development plans with each partners and regular follow up on their execution and ROI
  • Pipeline growth forecasting and ROI accountability of MDF spend
  • Develop an enablement roadmap to buildup partners competence in both sales and technical knowledge
  • Participate in cadence call with region leads to update on progress of channel development
  • Participate in distributors QBRs & cadence call to ensure alignment of channel development plan to support region sales strategy and growth plan
  • Mechanical and educational aptitude to improve the understanding, application and operation of heavy equipment machine control.
  • Sales experience in the construction environment
  • Sense of urgency and drive, highly motivated.
  • Experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations.
  • A team player who is solution driven with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on customer needs and technical knowledge
  • Ability to frequently travel within Indonesia and occasionally overseas.

This role provides the flexibility to work hybrid from Trimble's office in Indonesia.
