In this role, you will act as a strategic consultant for premier global brands, directly influencing their operational efficiency by modeling and improving mission-critical business processes. You won't just follow a script; you will provide creative solutions to ambiguous problems and own the end-to-end adoption of cutting-edge technology that builds the world's infrastructure.

Key exciting responsibilities:

• Spearhead the configuration of e-Builder for managed service clients, transforming complex organizational goals into streamlined digital workflows.
• Drive software adoption by delivering engaging training programs and crafting high-impact materials for client teams.
• Architect detailed process and data flows by analyzing intricate business requirements and performing rigorous gap analyses.
• Mastermind creative solutions for ambiguous business problems, ensuring project deliverables consistently exceed client expectations.
• Direct project health by implementing process improvements, uncovering software usage barriers through expert diplomacy, and delivering comprehensive status evaluations.

Essential skills & experience:

• Proven track record in writing complex system requirement documents and conveying technical solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret intricate technical diagrams, data models, and complex business process documents.
• Expertise in modeling business processes and developing comprehensive testing strategies to evaluate expected results.
• Strong consultative focus with the ability to manage and implement multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.

Bonus points for:

• Previous experience with e-Builder or similar cloud-based construction management platforms.
• Background in the AECO industry or managing large-scale infrastructure software implementations.
