Application Support Specialist

As an Application Support Specialist, you will provide essential enterprise support by providing clarity and guidance to users who rely on our software to manage subcontractor invoices, lien waivers, compliance, and payments. You will serve as a subject matter expert, demonstrating a deep understanding of our software's functionality and effectively guiding customers through any challenges they encounter. You must be able to learn quickly, communicate clearly, engage with complex software and technical platforms, and follow data confidentiality protocols. This position is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring the effective use of our applications.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

Bachelor or Associate degree in business with an emphasis in business, accounting, construction management or other relevant discipline.

Strong understanding of general business, accounting and HR principles. Adept at working with CRMs and other management systems

Intermediate level of experience with core Google Workspace

Prior experience in customer support or a related role. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Passion for technology and software solutions. Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer-centric mindset.

Encouraged but not required:

Construction experience and/or Construction accounting experience.

Basic SQL exposure.

Prior ERP experience. Experience using Flashtract or Trimble Pay products. Being the person that everyone else brings their technical problems to.

About Your Location

This position requires an in-office workweek and primarily supports the Construction Sector, working collaboratively with the Support, Development, and Product teams.

Compensation:

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$16.39–$21.73 Hourly

No Bonus Eligible? No Commission Eligible?
