As a sales rep for Trillium, you will have: • A base salary of $40-50k/year plus uncapped commissions. Our sales representatives average $55-70k the 1st year, $70-90k the 2nd year and $80-100k+ the 3rd year • Exceptional company culture and stability with work/life balance • Opportunity for professional development and growth

You will be responsible for making sales calls to targeted prospective clients to expand the current client base. You will join a team of seasoned reps who will mentor and guide you to effectively develop and implement a sales plan, negotiate pricing, and prepare bids and service agreements.

Qualifications • Previous staffing or B2B sales experience preferred. • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related course of study preferred.
