Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Field Services Supervisor in Naples, FL for a temp-to-hire opportunity!

Salary is $58,600 per year. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Job Duties: -Supervise and schedule daily field service operations -Coach and support field crew members -Coordinate service calls and truck schedules -Ensure safety and compliance with policies -Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues -Track performance and prepare reports

Requirements (Must-Haves): -High school diploma or GED -1–2 years of supervisory or related field experience -Strong communication and organizational skills -Valid driver's license with clean driving record -Must have experience driving a vehicle over 10,001 lbs (such as a 26ft box truck) at some point in your career -Comfortable working in heat and around foul odors
