Quality Support Supervisor

For a project-based quality support role, we are looking for an experienced Quality Support Supervisor who can provide professional support and coordination for a variable-sized quality control team and perform data-driven reporting in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities include:

Professional support and coordination of quality inspectors
Management of a 4-8 member Quality Inspector team in a three-shift work schedule
Collection and organization of quality data
Preparation and transmission of reports in English and/or Hungarian
Supervision of adherence to quality processes during the project duration

Qualifications include:

Relevant experience in quality or quality control
Team coordination or leadership experience
Motivating leadership skills to maintain team activity and efficiency
Continuous communication skills in English, both written and verbal
User-level knowledge of office and industrial software systems (e.g., Office, quality or production support systems)
Independent, responsible work performance
