Quality Support Supervisor

For a project-based quality task, we are looking for an experienced Quality Support Supervisor who can provide professional support and coordination for a variable-sized quality control team and perform data-driven reporting in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Professional support and coordination of quality inspectors and their daily work
- Management of a 4-8 member Quality Inspector team in a 3-shift work schedule
- Collection and organization of quality data
- Preparation and transmission of reports in English and/or Hungarian
- Supervision of adherence to quality processes during the project duration
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in quality or quality control
- Team coordination or leadership experience
- Motivating leadership skills to maintain team activity and efficiency
- Continuous communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- User-level knowledge of office and industrial software systems (e.g., Office, quality or production support systems)
- Independent, responsible work performance
