Responsibilities:
- Handling logistics claims towards suppliers (e.g., shortage, damage, mix-up)
- Informing and notifying suppliers about claims
- Tracking and documenting claims
- Contacting internal departments (e.g., logistics, quality assurance)
- Preparing reports and statements about claims
Qualifications:
- Technical higher education
- 1-2 years of experience in SQA or logistics
- Communicative English language skills
- Precision, problem-solving mindset
- User-level MS Office knowledge
- SAP knowledge is a plus
