Through technical and mechanical labor, this role is responsible for ensuring that the physical features of the property's building, grounds, facilities, and common areas meet the community's standards for aesthetic, cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

Qualifications The Resident Service Coordinator position requires the ability to work in a complex and nontraditional human service setting with a diverse population. A combination of education and experience that results in knowledge of the human service system and experience working with children and families, persons with disabilities, and the elderly is essential.
Prior experience working with Affordable Housing preferred
Work well as a member of a group
Self-motivated
Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
High School Diploma or equivalent plus two years experience working in the human services /social services field or a Bachelor's degree in the human services/social services field plus one year of work experience as a Resident Service Coordinator
