As a Regional Sales Manager, Retail Sales at Tree Top, you will analyze sales data identifying trends and opportunities and evaluate the everyday and promotional landscape. You will conduct virtual and/or in person meetings with your retail partners, building and developing relationships to enhance collaboration and drive sales initiatives. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies and promotional plans tailored to specific customers, as well as collaborating with cross functional partners including marketing, demand planning, customer service and finance, to ensure alignment with our customer-driven approach. Travel for key customer visits, including new item appointments and monitoring market conditions is required. Effective communication and teamwork with various departments will be key to achieving performance goals while upholding our core values of excellence and community engagement.

Salary Range: $128,700 to $205,900.00 annually. Target Starting Range: $128,700 to $170,000 annually. This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
