This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for two key areas of our business growth:
Recruiting: You will actively search for qualified skilled trades professionals and technicians on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards. You'll make the first contact, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews for our hiring manager.
Inside Sales: You will be the friendly voice of our company, proactively following up with customers on existing leads and open quotes. Your goal is to help customers move forward and book our services.
Phone Support: When our main lines are busy, you will act as a backup to answer incoming customer calls, ensuring no customer is left waiting.
Admin: You'll keep our customer and candidate records clean and up-to-date in our system.
