About the Role

As an Operations And Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless e-commerce operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage logistics, provide top-notch customer support, and contribute to sales growth in the US market.

Your responsibilities will be divided into:

  • 60% Logistics & Operations – Managing warehouse coordination, delivery schedules, and shipping processes
  • 25% Customer Service – Handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
  • 15% Sales – Providing product recommendations and closing deals through phone and email interactions

Customer Service & Sales

  • Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Deliver exceptional phone-based customer service and offer tailored product recommendations
  • Craft detailed email responses with 2-3 product options, helping customers make informed decisions
  • Drive sales growth by effectively engaging with potential buyers and closing deals

Pay: $5-6/hr, DOE
