Both groups are pivotal in supporting and advising our business on planning for the future while mitigating risk and ensuring operational compliance. This team coordinates and supports HR initiatives across both groups while building trusted relationships with leaders, COEs, and managers. In this role, you will support HR transactions and administration and be the face of TU's HR processes to managers, while collaborating with our documentation team to build HR playbooks. This approach enables the broader HRBP team the opportunity to make a significant impact with our leaders and associates.
