Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract preparation, changes, and offboarding
  2. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
  3. Maintain HR records, documentation, and ensure GDPR compliance
  4. Track absences, leave, and other work time records
  5. Support performance management cycles, training, and internal development
