Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, contract preparation, changes, and offboarding
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
Maintain HR records, documentation, and ensure GDPR compliance
Track absences, leave, and other work time records
Support performance management cycles, training, and internal development
Provide office administration and general business support
Coordinate trainings, travel, and small HR projects
