Communicating with clients via calls in English and answering their inquiries

Resolving minor device malfunctions and providing assistance with user questions

Informing users about the current status of their warranty

Organizing interventions for more complex device repairs

Assisting with the complaints process

Keeping up with new technological trends and market changes

You have excellent knowledge of the English language (C1/C2 level)

You're great at communication, and enjoy helping others

You enjoy teamwork and a dynamic environment
