What will you do? As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and help them via phone, chat, and email. You will provide support, solve problems, and ensure that every customer has a positive experience. Your empathy and service-oriented attitude make the difference!

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent command of Dutch – both written and spoken.
  • Good command of English – both written and spoken.
  • Solution-oriented and stress-resistant – You quickly switch and keep track, even in busy situations.
  • Flexibility and customer orientation – You understand that every customer deserves a unique approach.
  • Availability for a full-time position – (Part-time negotiable).
  • Authorized to work in Spain: It is necessary that you have the appropriate legal documents to work and live in Spain.
  • A positive mindset and team spirit!
